The perpose of this study to aim influece ROA (return on Asset), ROE equity) dan DER (Debt equity ratio) DR in Sharia Islamic Banking Demang Lebar Daun Palembang. Analysis data using multiple regression analysis tools. result ROA, and simultaneosly effect the Debt ratio, but there are no partialy have debt ratio. This focus ROE, usefeul further reseach discuss about capital structure.
